In 2023, I taught myself Python and have steadily expanded my knowledge through a variety of projects. For example, MyEquityFinder.com, is a Flask-based web application that I developed and deployed independently, gaining hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and the cloud. I have also explored many different areas, including the creation of mini-apps and the surface of ML, and am excited to strengthen my current abilities while continuously learning new topics and languages.

The financial markets have always interested me and drive many of my other interests. In the past, I focused on investing, which helped me develop strong knowledge in both investing and general financial principles. However, currently, I'm focusing on mathematical and quantitative applications of finance.

Math is definitely my favorite subject. To advance, I took Algebra II and Pre-Calculus online and am currently taking AP Calculus AB. Not only do I hope to pursue college-level math courses in high school, but continue this fascination well into the future.

After being introducted into Economics in 2024, I instantly became enamored with the subject, combining numbers and logic to explain or make "guesses" on real world behavior. With an emphasis on microeconomics, I led my highschool's team to the State Finals of the National Economics Challenge and can't wait to learn more about the ever-growing subject.
